PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for handling text information and image information. SOLUTION: Image data having text information that a user specifies is generated and the image information is outputted so that a general computer system such as a so-called personal computer can edit the image information having the text information as its file name by connecting an image input means such as a digital camera to the computer, managing image input control by the computer, and merging a photographed image with desired text information by the computer.
