PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide POS terminal equipment with display function, with which the waiting time of a client in the case of article payment can be effectively utilized by providing information corresponding to the liking of the client. SOLUTION: In POS terminal equipment 1 with display function, information on a member's card carried by the client is read by a card reader 3, a customer database 8 is accessed on the basis of the read information and information peculiar for the member extracted by performing a search on the basis of the index information of the customer database 8 is displayed on a customer display 2, while paying attention to the member information on the member's card of the client, on the basis of a member database, the peculiar information corresponding to the liking of the client as a member is provided by the POS terminal equipment with display function, the waiting time of the client at the time of article payment can be effectively utilized.
