Reflection optimized antenna cladding for microwave range

The cladding has a multiple layer dielectric cross-sectional structure comprising a core layer and two or more cover layers arranged symmetrically relative to the core. The layer thickness of the core is a multiple of half the core wavelength. The cover layer thickness is a quarter of the wavelength of the cover layers. The core has the greatest dielectric constant. The cover layers symmetric to the core have the same relative dielectric constants. The relative dielectric constant of the outermost cover layers are less than that of the adjacent inner layers. The dielectric constants of the cover layers are derived from that of the core.
