Heat extraction and storage system has part brick-lined smoke as chamber

A heating system burns fuel, resulting in the production of hot smoke gases from which energy is extracted for both immediate and subsequent use. The smoke gases are discharged through a sheet metal chamber. Part of the sheet metal walls are lined with brick while other parts of the lining are exposed directly to the hot smoke gases.
