PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing instant navigation solution using a GPS(Global Positioning System) intermediate frequency signal in an asynchronous network and a method thereof are provided, which obtains a position of a user by estimating an asynchronous error with a side server when there is no time synchronization between the user and a GPS base station. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an intermediate frequency processing apparatus and a GPS(Global Positioning System) base station(300) and a side server(200). A terminal(110) receives a satellite signal from a GPS satellite(101) through a radio communication network and is installed in a vehicle by a user. The side server is comprised in a communication network and grasps a position of the user terminal. The GPS base station generates a correction value and helping information using the satellite signal received from the GPS satellite, and calculates a pseudo distance by processing a sampled intermediate frequency signal when it is temporarily synchronized to the user terminal. A navigation solution is obtained by calculating a position of the satellite by the pseudo distance. |
