SUBSTANCE: electrode coating contains (mass%): dolomite, 50 - 55; fluorspar, 12 - 18; tuff generating sand, 8 - 10; ferrosilicon, 3 - 8; ferromanganese, 4 - 6; ferrotitanium, 8 - 12; soda ash, 0.5 - 1; cellulose, 0.5 - 1.
