SUBSTANCE: the device has traction wires that are installed on a rack and two branches with movable and fixed traction wire fixatives fastened by plates with slots. One of the branches can move along the rack by means of a rack-screw mechanism. The traction wires are helically twisted relative to its longitudinal axis for introduction through the skin and aponeourosis by rotary motion. The traction wires have an adjustable tension by nuts. Sponges with a disinfectant solution are positioned on the traction wires. The traction wire fixatives are made in the form of a fork and can move about the branch axis. The plate slots are made wavy. EFFECT: reduced traumatism at bringing together of wound margins, prevented incompetence of wound margins, prevented incompetence of wound sutures at eventration, expanded functional abilities. 4 dwg
