PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display is provided to achieve a uniform luminescence by permitting the thin film transistor to have a channel width to length ratio increasing as it goes toward the opposite side of the data pad unit. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display(100) comprises a substrate(110) which is defined by a display region(120) and a non-display region(130); a plurality of gate lines(121) and data lines(122) formed in the display region, and which cross with each other so as to define a pixel region; pixels(123) disposed in the pixel region, and which include at least thin film transistors connected to the gate line and data line, and a light emitting diode; and a gate pad unit(131) and a data pad unit(132) disposed in the non-display region, and which apply signals to the gate line and the data line, respectively. The thin film transistor arranged in the opposite side from the data pad unit has a channel width to length ratio larger than the channel width to length ratio of the thin film transistor arranged in the vicinity of the data pad unit.
