PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing a rotation angle is provided to easily manufacture a rotative disk and more accurately sense the rotation angle by minutely constructing the width of sensing parts. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sensing a rotation angle includes a rotative disk(2) combined with a rotary shaft, and repeatedly arranging a plurality of sensing parts(4) transmitting light and a plurality of shielding parts(3) shielding light at the surface of the rotative disk; a rotation angle detecting element having a light emitter(15) and a light receiver(16) through the plurality of sensing parts and the plurality of shielding parts to sense the rotation of the rotative disk; wherein the rotative disk is formed of a transparent material transmitting light; the plurality of shielding parts are formed of a shielding material applied to the surface of the rotative disk; and the separated parts of each shielding part form the plurality of sensing parts.
