PROCEDURE CONTROLLING SYSTEM OF EMERGENCY SHUT-OFF OF COCKS IN GAS MAIN

摘要

FIELD: emergency shutting off of gas main when pumping mode departs from rated flow. SUBSTANCE: procedure compares present value of pressure in gas main with value measured in quoted time interval before and forms controlling action on shutting off of valve if pressure drops by value exceeding specified threshold value. Given procedure differs from known methods in that matrixes of present values of pressure measured during time interval less than quoted interval are cyclically formed with discretization step of pressure measurement, data are filtered and approximated by means of analytical dependence in time. Then this dependence is interpolated to end of quoted time interval and controlling action is formed when interpolated value of pressure differential exceeds preset threshold value by number of times corresponding to number of discretization steps to end of quoted time interval. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and authenticity of formation of controlling signal of emergency shut-off of cocks. 1 dwg
