<p>The present invention relates to a process for solubilizing poorly soluble active pharmaceutical ingredients in a mixture of low molecular and high molecular polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl pyrolidine. The resulting compositions can be encapsulated in a gelatin shell and their capsules provide an effective means for oral delivery of a wide variety of poorly soluble pharmaceutical actives.</p>
