PURPOSE: A straw for sucking and discharging used in a pouch container is provided to suck contents of a liquid container and discharge them or move them to another container by slanting the container. CONSTITUTION: The straw(1) is formed of a variety of shapes and used for a shrinkable pouch container(10). At one side face of the straw(1), at least one side discharge hole(2) is formed. The side discharge hole(2) is disposed at a lower end of a discharge hole of a spout(11) formed on the pouch container(10).
