PURPOSE: A method for opening a lecture of the training for improving an employee is provided to make a small number of workers working in a middle or small business field receive the training by securing an optimum number of persons needed to open the lecture. CONSTITUTION: The workers(110) inputs a training course, a training period and a region to a web server(300) by obtaining an agreement of an employer(100). The web server(300) classifies and stores the training course, the training period and the region inputted by the workers(110). The classified information is transferred to a regional training organization(200) and the probability for opening the lecture is verified. The training is opened by transferring the probability verification result to respective workers. A class, a time and the position information are previously inputted to a training organization database of the web server(300) by the training organization(200). The web server selects an optimal training organization based on the information inputted to a worker database(310) and the probability for opening the lecture is asked to the selected training organization.
