The playing cards are taken separately from the stack and moved to their destined places and distributed by a random generator or by the program of an electronic control (14). A peep-proof screen (3) is detachably connected to the appliance (2) and manipulated by a single-handed handle (4). The drive mechanism is contained inside a rotary turning appliance (11) the exterior of which has a non-slip element (10).
