The invention disclosed a dispatching method of packet data based on the capacity of mobile station, said method acquired the capacity parameter of channel SAW (stop and wait) of mobile station, and sent the parameter to packet data dispatching entity of UTRAN, said dispatching entity estimate whether said target mobile station of packet data is the same with the target mobile station of the last TTI, if not, send said packet data, or estimate whether the channel SAW capacity of the mobile station had saturated, if had, buffering store said packet data until sending the next TTI, or directly send it. Due to taking the channel's SAW capacity into full account, adopting said method can make the system dispatch the data according to the capacity of processing the data, improve the processing efficiency of packet data of the whole system, improve the utilization ratio of the resources of the mobile station, urge the designing of mobile station to better cost performance, and be conveninent for further reducing the power loss and cost of the mobile station.
