<p>Medicinal compositions comprising 1) thrmobomodulin and 2) an antiplatelet, an anticoagulant or a thrombolytic other than thrombomodluin. As the antiplatelet, use is made of eptifibatide, tirofiban, abciximab, aspirin or ticlopidine. As the anticoagulant, use is made of warfarin or activated protein C. As the thrombolytic, use is made of tissue plasminogen activator. These compositions are usable in preventing or treating myocardial infarction, brain infarction, acute coronary syndrome, sepsis and so on.</p> |
