PURPOSE: A tray mounting plate is provided to allow trays to be easily and smoothly replaced by the pusher equipped with the lever for fixing the tray where electronic components are mounted. CONSTITUTION: A tray mounting plate(10) comprises a base frame(11) for mounting a tray; a plurality of guide rails(14) arranged at both ends of the base frame, and which guide the plate to be mounted in the mounting space; a plurality of guide holes(15) formed inside of the guide rails so as to guide a pusher(20); the pusher arranged to be movable along the guide holes, and which has a plurality of levers(21); an adsorption plate(12) arranged at the front end of the base frame, and which is adsorbed and held by an adsorption pad; a support plate(13) arranged at the rear end of the base frame in such a manner that the support plate is opposed to the adsorption plate and supports the tray; and a plurality of slots(16) formed at front portions of both ends of the base frame.
