FIELD: wind- power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windmill-electric generating system has bearing tower with its butt-end carrying swivel-platform mounted windmill coupled with electric generator; two pole-mounted air-tight solar-electric energy converters arranged one on top of other above auxiliary space accommodating heat-generating equipment and covered with light-tight heat-insulating material in the form of canopies with two surfaces. Space under bottom solar-electric energy converter communicates with atmosphere through opening above ceiling of auxiliary spaces; air space under top solar-electric energy converter communicates with heat-generating equipment disposed in auxiliary space through ventilation air conduits. Upper opening of air space above top solar-electric energy converter is covered with auxiliary bushing secures relative to bearing tower body in inner cylindrical space whose outlet hole is closed with aid of adjustable flange provided with air stream injecting nozzle. Positions of windmill and injecting nozzle are synchronized by means of wind-direction sensor and associated control device that sets in motion swivel platform. Top solar-electric energy converter has additional heat-accumulating layer. Heat fluxes escaping from injecting nozzles build up low-pressure areas which augments wind flow actuating the windmill and enhances generation of commercial electrical energy by 5% and more. In addition specially organized industrial premises associated with electrical energy generation enable owners of operating windmill-electric power units to carry out their economically efficient reconstruction.
