ACOUSTO-OPTIC MODULATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An acousto-optic modulating system is provided to improve acousto-optical modulation efficiency of the modulating system and reduce switching time of the system by improving the structure of an optical system. CONSTITUTION: An acousto-optical modulating system includes the second harmonic generator(100) for generating the second harmonic, a collimating lens(210) located on a traveling path of the second harmonic, and a focusing lens(220) that reflects a part of the second harmonic that has passed through the collimating lens to another path and condenses the second harmonic. The system further includes a filter(230) for removing a fundamental wave included in the second harmonic, and an acousto-optic modulator(300) for controlling the second harmonic that has passed through the focusing lens according to diffraction.
