A film band is monitored using inductive sensors and transmitted over two rotation axes. Information is transmitted from the film roll's end using two independent standing waves. The secondary oscillator's voltage for maintaining resonance conditions is supplied by the inductive movement of a signal generator's two permanent magnets. Energy from the secondary oscillator is transmitted to the primary oscillator inductively.
