A connecting structure of panels comprises connected panels including clapboards and side panels, and also a square tube and a square nut which is mounted in the square tube. There are holes corresponding to the thread holes of the square nut on the surface of the square tube. A screw rod, there is thread at its one end and a circular groove at the other end. There are upright deep holes on the connected panels, a rotatable clamp is set at the bottom of each deep hole, the screw rod is inserted into the deep hole and the clamp so that the circular groove can be fastened by the clamp hook, thus all kinds of cabinets or shelves can be quickly and readily assembled.
