SUBSTANCE: multi-layer articles and concerns a multi-layer gasket made in the form of interconnected successively alternating inner prominent damping and outer layers, the boss of its inner damping layer is made in the form of alternating staggered oval, conical and/or pyramidal bosses and cavities with formation of a regular relief with provision of obtaining of a uniform deflection in different directions relative to the middle part, the relation between the thickness of the inner prominent damping layer and the thickness of the external layer is selected to be equal to (20-90):1, the distance between the centers of the bosses and cavities of the inner damping layer is selected within 2 to 22 mm, and the height of the boss of the inner damping layer exceeds the thickness of the external layer by 4-42 times.
