PURPOSE: A process for preparing a food for preventing obesity and regulating blood sugar level by using IgY for enzymes contained in a brush border membrane vesicle (BBMV) of the small intestine is provided. Therefore digestion of foods and absorption of sugars or peptides in the small intestine can be inhibited, so that obesity can be effectively inhibited. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing foods for preventing obesity and regulating blood sugar level by using IgY for enzymes contained in the brush border membrane vesicle (BBMV) of the small intestine comprises the steps of: (a) recovering the small intestines from dead animals and isolating the brush border membrane vesicle(BBMV) therefrom; (b) vaccinating a hen with the brush border membrane vesicle(BBMV); and (c) isolating and purifying IgY from an egg produced by the vaccinated hen and mixing the IgY with additives, wherein the BBMV contains enzymes associated with digestion and absorption of sugars or peptides; the digestion enzymes include maltase, lactase, sucrase, peptidase and enterokinase; the absorption enzymes include SGLT-1, glucose transporter-1, and glucose transporter-2. |
