FIELD: metallurgy; methods of melting in furnaces at pneumatic mixing with melted slag. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes putting on blast in melted slag, separation of combustible production gases from melted slag, putting-on oxygencontaining blast above melted slag, delivery of solid particles of charge materials, removal of flue gases, forming film of melted slag continuously flowing over surface of furnace walls; solid particles of charge materials are delivered to said film. EFFECT: reduction of consumption of oxygen-containing blast by 10%. |
