FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with obtaining medicinal preparations out of natural raw materials to be used then in industrial production of natural pulmonary surfactants. Bull's lungs should be reduced, then one should obtain aqueous-saline extract followed by its flow-type centrifuging at low rotations, then at high rotations - by extracting with chloroform mixtures with methanol and treatment of obtained extract with 0.1%-sodium chloride solution. After centrifuging the suspension lower layer of supernatant is removed, organic solvents are evaporated to obtain a target product to be resuspended in water and after detection of lipid phosphorus in obtained emulsion it should be packed into vials and lyophilized. The method enables to obtain quick output of product being about 2 g/kg initial raw material, on average. EFFECT: higher simplicity of the method. |
