FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: after dissection of soft tissues and osteotrepanation above the focus of osteomyelitic lesion, removal of pus, sequestra, necrotic tissues, granulations, sclerosed walls of sequestral capsule till the onset of hemorrhage from underlying bone, lancing of bone marrow canal above and below against the focus of osteomyelitic lesion, either with Kirschner's needle or a drill of 3 mm diameter, one should carry out osteoperforation of available walls of cavity towards mostly pronounced muscular areas of limb's operated segment by applying perforation openings in a checkered order at 1-1.5 cm interval between them. Then scrubbing up, washing and plasty of osseous cavity are fulfilled with muscular fragment, or filled with auto- or allomaterial that forms new vascular bonds necessary for adaptation of cavity-filling material.
