<p>The invention concerns a pneumatic brake booster comprising a rigid shell (1) consisting of a cylinder (11) and a cover (12), wherein a mobile partition (2) defines a front chamber, subjected in operation to a vacuum, and a rear chamber (4), said mobile partition (2) including a flexible diaphragm (5) unwinding on a cylindrical internal surface (110) of the shell (1). The invention is characterised in that the diaphragm (5) is formed by a sleeve folded on itself and air circulation channels (60) are provided between the diaphragm (5) and the internal surface (110) of the shell (1), the diaphragm (5) being thus pressed in the internal surface (110) of the cylinder by the vacuum prevailing in the front chamber (3).</p> |
