A helmet, comprising a plastic full−face type helmet main body, a pair of bone conduction elements installed in the helmet main body so as to abut on a head part around the right and left ear parts (cheek parts) thereof when wearing the helmet, a microphone installed in the helmet main body so as to position at the front of a lip part when wearing the helmet, a connector for connecting a sound source, a cable connecting the bone conduction elements to the connector, and a cable connecting the microphone to the connector; the helmet main body characterized by further comprising a helmet main body portion forming a window in the front side thereof and a transparent plastic goggle part having both side end parts installed rotatably on the helmet main body portion so as to allow the window to be opened and closed.
