PURPOSE: A packaging container capable of preventing moisture penetration is provided to prevent moisture from penetrating through a locking cap on an upper plate in a piled state in case of rain. CONSTITUTION: The packaging container(10) capable of preventing moisture penetration comprises a round plate(11) disposed at upper and lower parts, a circumferential plate(12) formed along the circumference, a port(14) disposed at a predetermined position of the upper round plate(11), serving as a passage for injecting or discharging liquid contents and opening or shutting a stopper by rotation, and a discharge portion(15) making it easy to inject or discharge the liquid contents by air introduction or air exhaustion. A bushing(16) is inserted around a drain hole formed on the upper corner where the round plate(11) and the circumferential plate(12) meet.
