METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC RESIN DUAL-WALL PLANAR PIPE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a synthetic resin dual-wall planar pipe is provided to prevent the synthetic resin dual-wall planar pipe from being deformed by forming a spiral hollow section at an inner wall of the synthetic resin dual-wall planar pipe. CONSTITUTION: A small pipe integrally formed with a horizontal flange(21a) is continuously extruded from an extruding hole of an extruder(20). The extruder(20) is installed at one side of a drum(22) of a pipe forming apparatus. A cooling guide(23) is installed from the extruder(20) towards an outer peripheral portion of the drum(22). The cooling guide(23) has a rectangular sectional shape, and a cooling water feeding pipe is installed in the cooling guide(23). The cooling guide(23) has a substantially "J" shape. The cooling guide(23) passes through the extruder(20).
