PURPOSE: A tonneau cover is provided to reduce the assembling time and to improve the productivity and the quality of the product. CONSTITUTION: A cover sheet(11) covers a freight chamber between a rear seat and a rear door of a vehicle. A winding portion(13) winds the cover sheet by arranging in front of the freight chamber. A holder portion(21) is combined with the end to be exposed in the cover sheet. A handle supporting portion(31) is combined with the holder portion. A handle(29) is combined with the handle supporting portion to be rotatable. Thereby, the assembling time is reduced and the productivity and the quality of the product are improved.
