SCREEN STRUCTURE OF COLOR CATHODE RAY TUBE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A screen structure of a color cathode ray tube and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to suppress light leakage by forming the metal reflection film to have the same shape as the shape of the phosphor screen. CONSTITUTION: A color cathode ray tube comprises a panel having an inner surface on which three-color phosphor screens are formed, and a top surface where a metal reflection film(13a) is formed. The metal reflection film has the same curved shape as the shape of the rear surface of the phosphor screen, and is attached to the phosphor screen. A print film including a separating layer(16) and a metal reflection film layer, has the same curved shape as the shape of the rear surface of the phosphor screen, and squeezed, at a high temperature, onto the rear surface of the phosphor screen so as to form the metal reflection film.
