FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly manufacture of closed or semiclosed shapes in metallurgical industry branch. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of bending walls of preliminarily made open shape by pressure applied outside due to explosion of charge of explosive matter; at bending walls of open shape forming its inner contour with use of preset- profile gage; preliminarily placing gage along the whole length of blank and removing it after formation of desired profile. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibility of simplified method, enhanced quality of ready shapes. 6 dwg, 1 ex
