FIELD: manufacture of prostheses; applicable in prostheses of upper extremities. SUBSTANCE: joint prosthesis has immovable sleeve, central axle, movable sleeve, roller coupling with holder, hub, rollers rotating in opposite directions, pushers provided with projections for engagement with rollers and tie rods hinged to spring-loaded lever installed on movable sleeve. Lever is made with two arms. One arm of lever is hinged by means of link to rocker installed for rotation on movable sleeve and connected by means of spring with its axle. Installed on rocker are adjusting screws, elbow and hand tie rods. Elbow tie rod is rigidly secured and hand tie rod is secured for sliding. Guide pulleys are mounted central axle and on movable sleeve. EFFECT: extended functional potentialities of joint prosthesis with its use in prostheses with active control, increased number of control regimes. 6 dwg
