The device suitable for being used by a woman is designed as a round or heart-shaped hollow body (1) of a stronger elastic material, filled with warm water and provided with a tube-shaped extension (4) of a thinner elastic material. The extension (4) can be inserted into the vagina and moved axially by pressing and releasing the thighs while holding the main body (1) between them. When the user is pressing harder the tube (4) is also extended in width.
