PURPOSE: Provided is a portable fuel cell system using an ion-conductive polymer electrolyte support comprising a plurality of fine pores and a plurality of large pores, which can reduce the crossover of methanol. CONSTITUTION: The portable fuel cell system contains the ion-conductive polymer electrolyte support(20), a fuel cell electrode formed on one side of the ion-conductive polymer electrolyte support(20), and an air electrode formed on the other side of the ion-conductive polymer electrolyte support(20). The ion-conductive polymer electrolyte support(20) is a membrane and has a plurality of supporting parts comprising the large pores(21) and the fine pores(22) and filled with an ion-conductive electrolyte, wherein the large pores(21) are formed from the one side of the membrane toward the other side of the membrane and the fine pores(22) are formed in the bottoms of the large pores and penetrated to the other side of the membrane. The thickness of the ion-conductive polymer electrolyte support(20) is 1-100 micrometer, the diameter of the large pore(21) is 40-100nm, and the diameter of the fine pore(22) is 10-40nm. |
