The wheel has a mounting hub (3) supported to a wheel axle (30) and formed with toroidal flanges (33) at both sides. Mounting seats (34) are coupled to the flanges to secure the inner ends (512) of spokes (5), and pivotable along pivot shafts (345) extending parallel to the axle central axis. The shafts extend through aligned pivot holes (331) formed at interval along the hub toroidal flanges and at side walls (341,341') of mounting seats. The side walls nip the hub toroidal flanges. A rim (4) is set around the hub and the mounting seats, and includes a toroidal tire retaining portion (43) and a toroidal spoke mounting portion (42). The spoke mounting portion fixes the outer ends (51) of the spokes.
