<p>A medical pressure sensitive adhesive composition and medical tape which have satisfactory adhesion to the skin, are reduced in skin irritation, and are reduced in ingredient transfer to the back of the substrate. The medical tape comprises a substrate and superposed thereon a layer of a medical pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprising an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive polymer and an acrylic oligomer, wherein the acrylic oligomer is an alkyl (meth)acrylate oligomer having a number average molecular weight of 1000 to 40000 and is contained in an amount of 10 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive polymer, and the tape, when examined in a peeling test in application to the skin, has an areal keratin peel proportion regulated to 50% or lower.</p> |
