Hinge holder element for door cases and casings comprises an angled front plate with a slit through which a hinge is inserted or a straight front plate (5), a clamping plate (2), an adjusting plate (1), a straight or bent rear plate (4) and two spacers (6). Adjusting spindles (3) are screwed through the adjusting plate. A free space receiving the hinge exists between the clamping plate and adjusting plate. After insertion the hinge is clamped by clamping screws (11). The adjusting spindles are inserted in receiving bores between the rear plate and the front plate. The rear plate and front plate are fixed together using the spacers. The adjusting plate and the clamping plate are separated by an elastic spacer ring (13) so that the case flaps of the hinge can be inserted without resistance. Preferred Features: The hinge holder element can be fixed on a rear-lying material (15) using screws inserted in through holes in the adjusting spindles.
