A fiber handling track (10) has radius control bosses (12) along its length and bell flares (18) at its each end. The radius control bosses receive optical fibers from circuit cards mounted in a sub rack and diverts them in a perpendicular direction. The bell flares receives optical fibers diverted by radius control bosses and diverts the received fibers in a direction perpendicular to the receiving direction. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) Fiber handling track; and (2) Terminal unit.
