The invention concerns a rescue and safety device for swimming pools and leisure parks consisting of a watchband with a cardiac detector, a panic button, optionally a water detector, triggering in case of hydrocussion, cardiac arrest, or accident, a rescue device, in particular an inflatable grid resting on the bottom of the swimming pool which brings up to the surface, in case of alert, any distressed person.
