PURPOSE: An integrated certification method of plural biometric information certification programs is provided to certificate a user to receive the user certification using the biometric information from an EC(Electric Commerce) site regardless of a sort of the biometric information certification program by managing each biometric information certification program. CONSTITUTION: The biometric information inputted from a terminal for inputting the biometric information is registered(208). If a format of the inputted biometric information differs from the format of the comparing biometric information, the format of the inputted biometric information is converted into the same format as the comparing biometric information(220). The biometric information certification program performed a certification process for the comparing biometric information is selected from the biometric information certification programs. The inputted biometric information is compared with the previously registered comparing biometric information by using the selected certification program. The user connects to the EC site according to a certification result.
