FIELD: equipment for electrochemical and chemical treatment in mechanical engineering and metallurgy; covering devices for technological baths; covering hothouses in farming. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes drive drum, flexible cloth whose one end is secured immovably on drum and movable beam is kinematically linked with drum by means of flexible coupling. Opposite end of flexible cloth is provided with rod secured to movable beam by means of flexible members. Proposed device reduces power requirements for ventilation by 2.5 times, losses of electrolyte to 40% and power requirements to 10-20% enhancing thermal balance of baths and improving ecological conditions. Covering device used in hothouses reduces power requirements to 60% and when it is used in field, it reliably protects plants against acid rains.
