PURPOSE: A door inside belt weather strip is provided to prevent a flow of a door trim, a floating and a fitting phenomenons generated between a glass and a first and a second lip shape parts of the belt weather strip when the glass moves up and down by fixing the door trim in a first fitting groove and a door inner panel in a second fitting groove and removing a sus member. CONSTITUTION: A door inside belt weather strip comprises a first fitting groove(36) in which the upper part of a flange(22) of a door trim(10) is inserted, a second fitting groove(38) in which the upper part of the flange of a door inner panel(20) is inserted. The door inner panel directly fixes in the second fitting groove and the door trim in the first fitting groove.
