PURPOSE: A device for receiving and emitting signals with radiation diversity is provided to receive and emit electromagnetic waves of a slot antenna type. CONSTITUTION: A receiving and emitting device receives and emits electromagnetic waves of a slot antenna type(10,11), and a connection device connects the receiving and emitting device to a device for exploiting the signals. The receiving and emitting device are symmetric with respect to a point, and the connection device has supply lines(12,13) coupled electromagnetically to the slots of an slot antennas. The supply lines(12,13) are connected to a common supply line(14) which is in a plane passing through the point of symmetry, on one side. The supply lines(12,13) are connected to electronic components(15,16) for enabling a short circuit or an open circuit to be simulated at the end of one of the supply lines(12,13) and an open circuit or a short circuit to be simulated at the end of the other line, on the other side.
