PURPOSE: A half carbonization incinerator for a gas furnace equipped with a counteragent supply unit is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying a traditional half carbonization incinerator and to make easy maintenance and repair of a rostol. CONSTITUTION: A half carbonization incinerator for a gas furnace(7) equipped with a counteragent supply unit includes a counteragent chamber(12); a counteragent supply unit(13); an air compressor(18) and a water cooling cyclone dust collector(20). The counteragent chamber is laid in the middle of the gas furnace. Counteragent injection nozzles are installed to the counteragent chamber. The counteragent supply unit is installed to an outer surface of the gas furnace. A counteragent supply pipe(13a) is equipped to the counteragent supply unit to supply powder counteragent connecting to the counteragent chamber. The air compressor is installed to the counteragent supply pipe. The air compressor injects powder counteragent into the gas furnace through a counteragent injecting nozzle(12a). The water cooling cyclone dust collector is installed between the cyclone dust collector(10) and a smoke stack(11) by a connecting pipe(21). A cooling water tank(19) is installed to a lower portion of the water cooling cyclone dust collector. Therefore, the half carbonization incinerator is simplified. An air chamber and a nozzle combination are combined to be attached and detached. Therein, maintenance and repair of a rostol is easy.
