PURPOSE: To provide an image forming device capable of excellently forming an image over a long term by setting space (paper interval) between transfer material and transfer material, which are carried, to be equal to or above time when an electrifying member rotates once so that conductive impalpable powder is uniformly supplied to the electrifying member, and a process cartridge equipped with the image forming device. CONSTITUTION: 1 The paper interval is secured to be equal to or above at least the time requires for one rotation of the electrifying member 2-A. 2 The paper interval is made longer stepwise in accordance with the number of sheets of passing paper in the case of consecutive printing. 3 The paper interval is changed in accordance with the need of supply (for example, printing rate) of the conductive impalpable powder (m). |
