PURPOSE: A pillow ball bush is provided to absorb and support external force and vibration displacement value output to a vehicle body by suspension geometry change according to the change of wheel position during traveling and reduce displacement of the vehicle body to the minimum. CONSTITUTION: A pillow ball bush comprises a pillow ball; a socket having a tube while covering the pillow ball; a dust cover covering the pillow ball through the socket and shutting off external foreign materials; and a bearing(40) for securing the spherical surface portion of the pillow ball. Coupling load is horizontally given to the pillow ball. The bearing has a stop protrusion(40b) to control the sliding of the dust cover, with a semi-spherical securing surface(40a) so that the spherical surface of the pillow ball can be rotated and slid.
