PURPOSE: Textile fabrics using chloroprene for use as a bag line is provide, which is not slippery and suitable with body. CONSTITUTION: Neoprene sponge (2) containing chloroprene rubber is coated with synthetic resin additive (4', 4'') and nylon substrates (3, 3') are attached to thereon. And, upper nylon substrate (3) is coated with an additive layer (4) and sharkskin sponge (5) that has many embossings is attached to thereon.
