PURPOSE: An intermodulation signal extracting circuit in microwave circuit is provided to detect the intermodulation signal generated in a super high frequency element having a non-linear character. CONSTITUTION: The first power divider(240) receives a super high frequency from the outside through a super high frequency line(201) and divides a power. A clock generator(270) generates a clock signal. A variable attenuator(241) receives the super high frequency from the first power divider(240), attenuates a strength according to a control signal, changes a phase according to a phase control signal, and provides the changed super high frequency signal to a non-linear super high frequency element. The second power divider(244) receives an output signal including a intermodulation signal of the non-linear super high frequency element, divides a power, and outputs a comparing signal. The third power divider receives the super high frequency signal from the first power divider(240), divides a power, and outputs a reference signal. A power coupler(262) receives the comparing signal of the second power divider(244) and the reference signal of the third power divider, cancels the received signals, and detects a intermodulation signal. A phase control unit(300) receives the comparing signal from the second power divider(244), receives the reference signal of the third power divider, generates a DC voltage having a strength corresponding to the phase of each signal, and generates the phase control signal so that phases of the reference signal and the comparing signal are inverted. A strength control unit(310) receives the comparing signal of the second power divider(244), receives the reference signal from the third power divider, generates a DC voltage having a strength corresponding to the strength of each signal, and generates the strength control signal so that the strengths of the reference signal and the comparing signal are identical.
